SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
Shipping in Australia is carried by Startrack (preferred) or Australia Post. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed. Orders under AUD $100 incur a flat rate of AUD $15.
Order over AUD $100 are Freight Free.
Deliveries to residential or commercial addresses can be left in a safe place without a signature by Default. If you don't want to risk it, leave instructions on your order. We take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods.
International Shipping Rates will be charged depending on your location.Products will be dispatched within 2-5 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product description. Please note orders are shipped complete.
RETURNS - CHANGE OF MIND / WRONG SIZE, ETC.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns must be authorised with a Return Authority (RA) number issued by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return freight is at your expense.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our products are covered by a full warranty against faulty workmanship or materials. To make a claim, contact us by email using the contact page, and we will guide you on the steps to take. Generally we will require photos of the problem.
